Melamine is a deeply processed product of urea, with a nitrogen content of up to 66.7%. It is currently the chemical monomer with the highest nitrogen content in artificial synthesis, and has excellent flame retardant properties. It has good heat resistance, aging resistance, high gloss, easy color matching, non flammability, acid and alkali resistance, and is non-toxic.
